Read Carefully
Throughout a Massage/Manual Therapists career, some unfortunate Therapists will suffer from medium to somewhat severe aches/pain that can be considered long term.
These can be debilitating and can cause the Therapist to decrease or stop providing treatment and/or possibly force the Therapist to access their disability insurance. Some Therapists unfortunately leave the profession due to these events.
If you fit into this category, please complete this questionnaire.
I appreciate your time and honesty.

Read Carefully
Throughout a Massage/Manual Therapists career, some fortunate Therapists suffer only from minor aches/pain that are considered short term and self limiting.
Personally, I refer to them as “Growing Pains” of providing treatment.
These are NOT debilitating and DO NOT stop the Therapist from treating or force the Therapist to access their disability insurance.
If you fit into this category, please complete this questionnaire.
I appreciate your time and honesty.
